Q: I want buttons, what do I need to do?
A: Download our template, layout your artwork.  Figure out how many buttons you want, then place your order with us.  Email "thedudes@panicbuttons.net" and we'll take it from there.
Q: How many different designs are allowed?
A: Every 50 buttons can be a different design.  Need more than that?  We can work something out, just email us.
Q: What image format should I send my image in?
A: We can take pretty much whatever you throw at us, if we have a problem we will either call or email you.  PSDs should be unflattened, and Illustrator files need all fonts converted to outlines.
Q: What kind of turn around do you have?
A: Most orders are shipped out the same week the order is placed.  If we get backed up we'll let you know.
Q: I don't know how to design anything on a computer, but we want buttons?
A: No problem, we have great designers that can do it for you. Email us and we'll help you out.
Q: I need the buttons by this weekend, can I rush order them?
A: If it's possible we will do it, email us at "thedudes@panicbuttons.net" to find out.  Extra charge may apply.
Q: I live in (insert country name here) and I was hoping I could order buttons...
A: Definitely, just add on the extra shipping when you checkout.
Q: How much is shipping going to cost me?
A: If you live in the USA, it's FREE. If you live in Canada or Mexico add on $2 when you checkout. Everywhere else, add on $5.
Q: Your Prices are so low, are they lower quality?
A: No, in fact most pin companies use inkjet printers to print their buttons, we use a professional print house so our buttons look great every time.
Q: My friends want buttons too, do I get a referral discount?
A: Yes!  If your friend mentions you referred them during the order, your next order is $5 off.
